Carnival Open House Wrap Up

After two busy weeks of crafting, I am finally sharing some photos from the BRAND PHOTODESIGN Open House Event last weekend! As an added note, my photos will not do theirs justice, so I am excited for when they will post the event photos!

I was kind enough to be invited as part of the planning process for this event! I was in charge of the "Arts and Crafts Area" where Art Lessons and Parties by Nicole Lewis and my Rainbow Crayons were featured. Debbie with Table Tops for Tots provided the cutest child-friendly chairs and tables for my Rainbow Crayon area where families could try out my newest Rainbow Crayon shapes and sizes!

Jamee with Setting the Mood is a special event design and decor specialist. Her work is so stunning that words cannot describe (so check out the latest parties and events she has designed...including a candy bar and a Confessions of a Shopaholic party). She created everything you see in the photos that was carnival themed. If you attended, she was the wonder-women behind the food counter setting out and cooking all the delicious treats!

The event was AMAZING with tons of free food, games, and prizes. We even had an indoor bounce house and cotton candy station! Dan and Brooke Brand are amazing photographers and I was very impressed with their photography, professionalism, and facility. I look forward to working with them in the future both with my art, and future photography needs!

The BRAND PHOTODESIGN Open House is THIS SATURDAY!

What are YOU doing on SATURDAY?

Hopefully, you are attending this AWESOME Carnival themed open house at BRAND PHOTODESIGN (behind the Target on 116th Street). There will be tons of activities, a photo booth area, and great food. Plus... everything is FREE and kid or adult friendly!

I will be at the event in the Rainbow Crayon Art Area promoting our Art Parties and Lessons. I will also be giving away a $55.00 Gift Certificate towards an art lesson or party. You can also win a goodie basket full of Rainbow Crayons!

Open House Carnival

WOW! Another school year has come and boy, has this summer been busy with lots of art projects! This week, I added another very large project to my plate, but I am SO excited to share this with you!

I was contacted last week by Debbie with Table Tops for Tots, about an open house event she is providing tables and activities for. This open house is for a really great photo studio in Fishers called BRAND PHOTODESIGN. This week, we had a "meeting of the minds" to plan for this event and I also got to meet Jamee Bryant of Setting the Mood. I had seen her work about a week ago through a friend's blog post and really loved her work as a special event design and decor company (if you have not checked out her website, make sure you click on this link).

Art 2 the Extreme (me) will be providing a Rainbow Crayon Art station, along with some goodies and give aways. Make sure you fill out your raffle tickets for a chance to win a FREE Private Art Lesson or a Rainbow Crayon Gift Basket with every crayon we make! Plus, there are going to be tons of awesome giveaways!

So now there are four of us working on this awesome event! What is this great event you may ask? We are throwing an open house carnival party and YOU are invited to join us! Come alone, invite friends, or bring your family!

We will have carnival snack food, unique treats, raffle prizes, a bounce house, face painting, arts & crafts, cotton candy, games, and more at our open house!!!

We will also have a photo booth set up and will be hanging a permanent collage of everyone who attends the party in our studio! You don't want to miss it!!!

When One Door Closes..

Another one opens!

The school year is officially over and I am ready for summer. I am going to miss my staff and students greatly, but it is on to the next adventure for me. I am so excited for the programs and parties I am offering this summer with lots more fun to come!
